    • Payment: Finalize payment before the tour or directly to your guide for group bookings of 10 or more.
    • Short-notice bookings: A good-faith deposit is required.

– Cancellation Policy :

    • Cancellation fees:
      • 30+ days: Forfeiture of deposit.
      • – 30 days or less/no-show: 100% of total cost.
    • Insurance: Consider travel insurance for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • COVID-19 flexibility: Discuss the possibility of rolling over your deposit for future bookings due to COVID-related restrictions.

– Changes and Cancellations :

    • Additional costs: Clients bear additional costs incurred due to changes.
    • Force majeure: We may cancel tours due to unforeseen events like strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
    • Refunds: Refunds are issued for cancellations due to force majeure, minus accrued costs.
    • Price changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices.

– Flights :
