Early Morning: Pick-up
Your driver picks you up at your riad or hotel in Marrakech before sunrise. The exact time depends on the season, as the flight follows the sunrise. The drive to the launch site outside the city takes around 30 to 45 minutes.
At the Launch Site
Enjoy tea, coffee and light refreshments while you watch the crew unfold and inflate the balloon. Your pilot gives a safety briefing before you climb into the basket.
The Flight
Lift off gently and float above the countryside for around 45 to 60 minutes. As the sun rises, the landscape glows in shades of gold and red, with the snow-capped Atlas Mountains on the horizon on clear days. The route depends on the wind, so every flight is different.
Landing and Berber Breakfast
